1 Way Phone Interpreting Service
If you are next to the person you need to understand, simply call us at your booked time and hand the
phone between yourself and your 3 rd party.

When would I need to use these kinds of services?
An example of a 3 Way Call scenario:
Your issue:
You would like to initiate a purchase of a product in China, but have some questions
about the product and delivery of it. You need to make sure you get to the right department and person who
can help you.
Our solution:
- You would book a 3 Way Interpreting call for a specific time that suits the timezone you need to call.
- Make sure you estimate enough time for your call and buy enough points to cover the call booking and any extra time you might need.
- You then call the number you were given on booking the call. Our agent will be waiting for you.
- If you already provided the number you need to call, then our agent will simply ask you what you need to negotiate and then call the 3rd party and include you in a 3 way conference call.
- Your agent will speak to each of you in turn to ensure all communication is clear.
- Your agent will also remind you around 1 minute before your estimated call time that you will need to use any extra points to continue the conversation.
- Once you are happy that you have negotiated everything you needed, just let the agent know.
- The final cost of the call, including the call charge to your 3rd party, will be deducted off your points.
- You only pay for what you used, even if it was lower than your estimate. All extra points will be released back to your available points total for use on any other booking or translation.
This example 10 minute interpreted call to a Chinese landline number would cost 31 points
(this works out as little as £5.37 ($9.26), depending on your point package), including the call
charges to China. The only extra cost is your national call charge to our UK number.

Your issue:
You have bought property abroad and need to discuss something important with your builder who doesn’t speak
English. You have a mobile phone with a local sim.
Our solution:
- You would book a 1 Way Interpreting call for a specific time by either via the web or by calling our main number +44-870-446-4357 (0870-446-HELP).
- Make sure you estimate enough time for your call and buy enough points to cover the call booking and any extra time you might need.
- You then call the number you were given on booking the call. Our agent will be waiting for you. If you use our International Calling Services link you can call us for as little as 25p from an international mobile.
- Your agent will ask you to hand the phone over your 3rd party as soon as they understand what you are trying to organise.
- You will be passing the phone backwards and forwards until you are happy you have concluded your negotiations.
- Your agent will also remind you around 1 minute before your estimated call time that you will need to use any extra points to continue the conversation.
- Once you are happy that you have negotiated everything you needed, just let the agent know.
- The final cost of the call, including the call charge to your 3rd party, will be deducted off your points.
